A young man once asked a master to teach him the Japanese tea ceremony. The master tested him by asking him to clean up a garden. The young man removed the weeds and leaves and leaves until the garden was pristine. As he looked at his flawless work, he decided that something was missing. He walked over to the cherry tree and shook it so that some flower petals fell to the ground. By finding the beauty in imperfection, he showed that he was ready to become a master.
